Zingaro backpack has done a successful crowd funding campaign on Fuel a dream where it successfully raise 10 Lakhs. After this the brand has successfully delivered more than 2500 orders through its own website.

It takes 6-7 days time to deliver the Zingaro backpack to Metros, Tier 1,2,3 cities. In case of remote places, It take additional 2-3 days time. 

You will receive an email post the successful placement of the order with the details to your email ID. We will ship the package next day for the dispatch and share the tracking ID. We have partnered with India post for the shipment.

Zingaro Backpack comes with 6 months of warranty against any manufacturing defect.

To get there, we need to utilize each and every penny in most effective way. There is high cost involved in reversal of any shipment which will impact the vision of your Zingaro brand. 

However we have exchange option in cases where you receive defective Zingaro Backpack. You will be surprised to know that our return rate is less than 1% till now.

Once confirmed, You will need to ship product to our warehouse mentioned below. The cost involved in return will be reimbursed to you through paytm/phonepay/gpay immediately once you send the tracking slip.
