With the growing love and enquiries from our beloved international customers, we’re excited to announce that all Zingarostore.com products are now available worldwide. Your favourite Zingaro gear can now travel beyond borders — just like you! ✈️🧳

Below are some frequently asked questions to help you shop effortlessly:


1. How can I place an order for Zingaro products internationally?

It’s super simple!
Just place your order exactly the way you would on any other website:

  • Add your favourite Zingaro products to the cart

  • Enter your details (First Name, Last Name, Country, City/County, Zipcode, Phone Number, Email Address)

  • The logistics/shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on your selected country

  • You will see the total amount in INR at checkout

💡 We’re working on enabling multi-currency display very soon. For now, you may convert the INR amount to your local currency. Apologies for the inconvenience.


2. Do international customers have to pay any additional charges?

NO — strictly NO! 🚫
We treat all our customers equally. Prices are the same for both domestic and international shoppers.
The only additional cost you pay is the international logistics/shipping fee, calculated automatically at checkout.
There are no extra charges from Zingaro beyond this until the product gets delivered.


3. How long does delivery take for international orders?

Delivery time depends on the destination country.
However, based on our past shipments:

📦 Average delivery time: 10–12 days

Unforeseen situations like weather or customs delays may affect timelines, but we’ve consistently achieved the 10–12 day window for our international customers.


4. Which payment modes are accepted?

We are integrated with Razorpay — India’s No.1 payment gateway, which supports:

  • International debit cards

5. What if my product gets stuck at customs?

All customs duties, taxes, or charges (if any) imposed by your country’s customs office will be the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.


6. What is the return percentage for international shipments?

We’re proud to share that we currently have a 0% return rate on all international orders shipped so far! 💯✨
This reflects our quality, packaging safety, and customer satisfaction.


7. What happens after I place the order?

Once your order is received:

  1. We carefully pack your product in 5-ply boxes with bubble wrap for maximum safety

  2. The shipment is handed over to our international shipping partner — India Post

  3. You will receive the tracking ID and link as soon as it is shipped

  4. We send periodic updates on your registered email as well as WhatsApp
