FAQ 2: What is the return/exchange policy?

Zingarostore offers a return/exchange policy within 48 hours of receiving the product. The return must be initiated by the customer. Once we receive the returned product, the refund along with return charges will be processed. In case of an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched once the customer confirms the dispatch of the defective item.
FAQ 3: How long does delivery take across India?

We work with some of the fastest courier partners to ensure delivery within 3–5 days across India. Once the parcel is dispatched, courier details and periodic tracking updates will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.
