The bag quality is superior and truly impressive. The only issue was the delivery. I ordered on 31st August expecting it within 3–4 days for my flight on 7th September. While India Post is reliable, the service was very slow, and I had to repeatedly request an in-person pickup at the branch to get it in time. I strongly suggest switching to Blue Dart or a faster courier partner to prevent this kind of inconvenience for future customers

I spent a lot of time researching different options before making my purchase, and I’m glad I chose this backpack. It offers the perfect combination of functionality, durability, and premium design. The only area I think could be improved is the bag's weight. It would be great if Zingaro could make it lighter without compromising its quality or durability.

Great backpack and highly versatile - whether for office, traveling or touring.

The backpack and the pouch are of excellent quality! Happy with the products. They delivered what they promised.
However, the delivery service is too time consuming (it took 8 days for the product to get delivered. They use India Post which is too slow and even after the product reaches your city, they ask you to pick it up from the post office. They need to hire a good private logistics company for better delivery service.
