Order Returns

In case your Zingaro backpack is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to Zingarolifestyle@gmail.com or Whatsapp on +91-9113092781 for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to process your return.

Steps to return your Zingaro backpack –

1. You will need to ship the product back to our below mentioned address through any of the trusted logistics partner.
   • C’ Block, No 2-78/2, 6th Cross, Tumkur Rd, Opp. MEI, Raghavendra Layout, Yeswanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560022
2. Once the product is received, the Zingarostore in-house quality audit team validates the product. Kindly note to click a picture or record a video while packing and handing over to the logistics partners. We have faced lot of incidents of theft during the transit time.
3. Zingarostore will process 100% refund if the product is received in it original shape along with the cost of reversal shipment as well, i.e, You will receive 100% of product and reverse shipment cost.
4. It takes 3-4 days to process your payment from the time of receival of the package.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellation

• Only Full Cancellation allowed. Partial Order Cancellation is not allowed.
• To place cancel request call the customer care helpline within 12 working hours of placing the order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll initiate refund into your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
